Jason Atherton started out working alongside great chefs including Pierre Koffmann, Marco Pierre White, Nico Ladenis and Ferran Adria at el Bulli, before joining the Gordon Ramsay Holdings in 2001 and launching ‘Maze’, first in London and then another five globally. Jason opened ‘Pollen Street Social’ in April 2011 and now runs 16 restaurants internationally.

Tim began his career at Sketch in 2007 before developing his skills in The Dorchester Hotel and The Connaught Hotel. In 2014 he moved to Dubai where he opened Frioul restaurant and Pacha nightclub and then became General Manager of Cocktail Kitchen. In 2017 he joined The Social Company managing Marina Social before moving back to London and joining City Social in October 2018.

Dan's career has included Rudding Park Hotel, two Michelin starred Winteringham Fields, The Devonshire Fell and Michelin starred Box Tree Restaurant, as well as winning the prestigious Acorn Award. Dan has worked with Jason for several years, starting at Social Eating House, then becoming Jason's Executive Chef working across The Social Company's international portfolio.

Catalin joined the team as Bar Manager of Social24 at City Social in May 2019. His previous experience includes 3 years at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel and also 3 years at the Capital Hotel, Knightsbridge where he worked alongside a range of Michelin starred chef's including Nathan Outlaw and Monica Galetti. Before joining us he worked for 2 years at Aqua Shard.
Laure Patry

Laure worked for two years as Assistant Head Sommelier at Claridges, and a further six years as Head Sommelier at Maze. Laure joined Jason Artherton in 2011 to open Michelin-starred Pollen Street Social as Head Sommelier. After 2 years, she became Executive Head Sommelier supporting Jason with his international openings and has now joined the City Social team.
